Coming Home is a course held over 6 days in ancient woodland on Dartmoor.
Led by myself and James Dyson.
It is a journey in connection with the self, others and the woods themselves. You will gain traditional skills in basketry and basic coppicing as you make your own gathering basket and journey staff along with learning and developing the practice of Shinrin-Yoku which has roots in mindfulness.
“Find peace and stillness away from the business of your mind.
Learn and develop a practice for relaxing, releasing stress and grounding anxiety.
Open to your intuition and the whispering of your own creative muse.”
Full price £240 includes hot soup lunch and refreshments. Concessions available.
Please get in touch if you would like to book us to run this course in your woodland or retreat centre.
