I am a certified guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs.  Both my Wanders for well-being and Creative Journeys incorporate the standard sequence taught by the ANFT. They also support the 5 ways to mental wellbeing advocated by our NHS.

Nature and forest Therapy has an evidence-based framework, established by the ANFT Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, for supporting wellness and health through guided immersive walks in forests and other natural environments.
